(ومن أسقطَ حَقَّه) من المتنازعين فيه، أو ممن التقطاه معًا (منه) أي: من اللقيط (سقط) حقه؛ لأن الحق لهما، فكان لكلٍّ منهما تركه للآخر، كالشفيعين.
