كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وله) أي: الموقوف عليه (تملُّك زرعِ غاصبٍ) للأرض الموقوفة، إذا زرعها وأدركه الموقوف عليه (بالنفقة) أي: مثل البذر وعوض اللواحق (حيث يتملك رَبُّ الأرض) بأن كان قبل الحصاد.
