(وقال) (الشيخ) (أيضًا: مِن أَكْلِ المال بالباطل قوم لهم رواتب أضعاف حاجاتهم) أي: من بيت المال (وقوم لهم جهات معلومها كثير يأخذونه ويستنيبون) في الجهات (بيسير) من المعلوم؛ لأن هذا خلاف غرض الواقفين.
