(فإن شرط) الواقف (النظر لنفسه، ثم جعله) أي: النظر (لغيره، أو أسنده، أو فوَّضه) أي: النظر (إليه) بأن قال: جعلتُ النظر أو: فوَّضته، أو: أسندته إلى زيد (فله) أي: الواقف (عَزْله) أي: المجعول، أو المفوض، أو المسند إليه؛ لأنه نائبه، أشبه الوكيل.
