(ولناظر بالأصالة - وهو الموقوف عليه) المعيَّن (والحاكم) فيما وُقِف على غيرِ معيَّن، ولم يعيّن الواقف غيره - (نَصْب ناظر، وعزله) قال ابن نصر الله: أي: نصب وكيل عنه وعزله. انتهى؛ لأصالة ولايته، أشبه المتصرف في مال نفسه.
