كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وتعيَّن مصرِف الوقف) أي: يتعين صرف الوقف إلى الجهة التي عينها الواقف كما تقدم (فلا يصرف) الوقف (في غيره) أي: غير ما شرطه الواقف، وإلا؛ لم يكن لتعيينه فائدة.
