(ولو وقفها) أي: الدار (على مساجد القرية، وعلى إمام يصلِّي في واحد منها كان الريع بينه) أي: الإمام (وبين كل المساجد نصفين) قاله في "نوادر المذهب"، واقتصر عليه الحارثي.
