(ولو وقف) إنسان (داره على مسجد، وعلى إمام يصلي فيه، كان للإمام نصف الرَّيْع) وللمسجد نصفه (كما لو وقفها على زيد وعمرو) لأن مطلق الإضافة يقتضي التسوية.
