(واختار الموفَّق) وتبعه في "الشرح" و"المبدع" وغيره: يُستحبُّ أن يقسمه بينهم للذَّكر (مثل حظ الأنثيين) على حسب قسمة الله تعالى في الميراث، كالعطية، والذَّكر في مظنة الحاجة غالبًا، بوجوب حقوق تترتب عليه، بخلاف الأنثى.
