(وتبطل) الهبة (بموت متَّهَبٍ قبل القبض) لقيام قبضه مقام القَبول، أشبه ما لو مات من أوجب البيع ونحوه قبل القَبول. قال الحارثي: وهو مشكل، وقدَّم أنه كموت الواهب.
