(وإن وُلِدَ له) أي: لمن قسم ماله بين ورّاثه في حياته (ولد بعد موته، استُحِب للمعطَى أن يساوي المولودَ الحادث بعد أبيه) لما فيه من الصلة وإزالة الشحناء.
