(ويُستحبُّ) لمن أراد أن يقف شيئًا على أولاده، أو غيرهم من أقاربه (التسويةُ بينهم في الوقف) بألا يُفضِّل ذكرًا على أُنثى (وتقدم (١) ) ذلك (في باب الوقف) موضَّحًا.
