كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن وهب (٣) الولد لولده لم يملك) الواهب الأول (الرجوع) لأن فيه إبطالًا لملك غير ابنه، وهو لا يملكه (إلا أن يرجع هو) أي: الواهب الثاني في هبته لابنه، فيملك الأول الرجوع حينئذ؛ لأنه فسخ في هبته برجوعه، فعاد إليه الملك بسببه الأول.
