(فإن تركها تهاونًا، وكسلًا) لا جحودًا (دعاه إمام، أو نائبه إلى فعلها) لاحتمال أن يكون تركها لعذر يعتقد سقوطها به، كالمرض، ونحوه، ويهدده فيقول له: إن صليت، وإلا، قتلناك، وذلك في وقت كل صلاة.
