(ولولد الولد مطالبة جَدِّه بما لَه في ذِمته) من دَيْنٍ، وأرشِ جنايةٍ، وغيرهما كسائر الأقارب، إن لم يكن انتقل إليه من أبيه؛ لما تقدَّم أنه ليس لورثة الولد مطالبة أبيه بدينه (وكذا الأم) تطالب بدين ولدها.
