(يُسوَّى بين مقدَّمها ومؤخَّرها) لأنها تبرع بعد الموت، فوجد دفعة واحدة، وتقدم . (و) يُسوَّى - أيضًا - بين (العِتق وغيره) فلا يتقدَّم على غيره، كما تقدم في العطايا .
