(وإن قال) الموصي: أعتقوا (أربعة) أعبد (بكذا) كخمسمائة (جاز الفضل بينهم) بأن يشترى واحد بمائة، وآخر بمائتين وآخر بمائة وعشرين، وآخر بثمانين؛ لأن لفظه يحتمل ذلك (ما لم يُسَمِّ) الموصي (ثمنًا معلومًا) لكل واحد منهم، فيتعيَّن على ما قاله.
