(ولو وصَّى بعتق نَسَمة بألف، فأعتقوا) أي: الورثة (نسمةً بخمسمائة، لزمهم عتق) نسمةٍ (أخرى بخمسمائة) حيث احتمل الثلث الألف؛ استدراكًا لباقي الواجب.
