(وإن قال) الموصي: (إن كان حملك، أو ما في بطنك ذَكرًا، فله كذا، وإن كان) حملك، أو ما في بطنك (أنثى، فله كذا، فولدت أحدهما منفردًا، فله وصيته) لوجود شرطه.
