(وإن وصَّى لكل واحد منهما) أي: من وارثه وأجنبي (بمعيَّن، قيمتهما الثلث، فأجاز سائر الورثة وصية الوارث، جازت الوصيتان لهما) على ما قال الموصِي؛ لعدم المانع.
