(ومثله) أي: ما تقدَّم في الصحة؛ الوصية (بمائة لا يملكها، فإن قدر) الموصي (عليها عند الموت، أو) قدر (على شيء منها) صحَّت، واعتُبرت من الثلث (وإلا) بأن لم يقدر على شيء منها (بطلت) الوصية؛ لما تقدم.
