(وتصح) الوصية (بإناء ذهب وفضة) لأنه مال يُباح الانتفاع به على غير هذا الوجه، بأن يكسره ويبيعه، أو يغيره عن هيئته بأن يجعله حليًا يصلح للنساء، أو نحو ذلك، فصحَّت الوصية به، كالأَمَة المُغنِّية.
