(فإن كان له طبلان أحدهما مباح) والآخر مُحَرَّم، ووصَّى بطبل، انصرفت الوصية إلى المباح. (أو وصَّى له بكلب، وله كلبان، أحدهما مباح) والآخر مُحَرَّم (انصرفت الوصية إلى المباح) لأن وجود المُحَرَّم كعدمه شرعًا، فلا يشمله اللفظ عند الإطلاق.
