(وإن كملَت فرُوضها أُعيلت به، كزوجٍ، وأخت لأبوين أو لأب) مع وصية بسهم من ماله، فتعول إلى سبعة (وأُعطي) الموصَى له (السُّبع) واحدًا من سبعة، والزوج ثلاثة، والأخت ثلاثة من السبعة.
