وإن أردت تفصيل أحوال أصحاب الفروض: (فللزَّوج الربع، إن كان لها ولد) ذكر، أو أُنثى منه، أو من غيره لم يقم به مانع (أو ولد ابن) وإن سفل أبوه بمحض الذُّكور (و) له (النصف مع عدمهما) أي: عدم الولد وولد الابن.
