(ومن المُلَقَّبات) الفرضية: (اليتيمتان) وهما (زوج وأخت لأبوين، أو) أخت (لأب) تشبيهًا بالدرة اليتيمة؛ إذ ليس لنا مسألة يورث فيها المال كله بفرضين متساويين غيرهما.
