كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وترث أُمُّه) منه فَرْضها (و) يرث (ذو فرض منه) أي: من ولد زِنىً ومنفي بلِعان ونحوه (فَرْضه) كغيره؛ لأن كونه لا أب له لا تأثير له في منع ذي فرض من فرضه.
