(وإن كان معهم) أي: الزوج والبنتين والأخت (أم؛ عالت) المسألة (إلى ثلاثة عشر) للزوج ثلاثة، وللبنتين ثمانية، وللأم سهمان (وسقطت الأخت) لاستغراق الفروض التَّرِكة.
