كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(و) إن اشتبهت أخته أو نحوها (في قبيلة كبيرة و) في (بلدة كبيرة) الواو بمعنى أو؛ فـ (له النكاح) منهن (من غير تحر) أي: ولم يلزمه أن يتحرى. ونظيره ما تقدم في الميتة والمذكاة.
