(فالنصف وحده مع الباقي، كزَوْج وأخ) أو بنت، أو بنت ابن، أو أخت لأبوين، أو لأب مع عم، من اثنين مخرج النصف (أو نصفان كزوج وأخت لأبوين أو لأب من اثنين) مخرج النصف والنصف لتساويهما، وتسميان باليتيمتين، وتقدم ، وبالنصفيتين.
