(فإن كان بعضهم) أي: ذوي الأرحام (أقرب من بعض في السبق إلى الوارث، ورث) الأقربُ (وأسقط غيرَه إذا كانوا من جهة واحدة، كبنت بنت وبنت بنت البنت) المال للأولى لقُربها.
