(ولو كانت المُطلَّقة) فرارًا (واحدة) فانقضت عدَّتها (وتزوَّج أربعًا سواها) ثم مات (فالميراث بين الخمس على السَّواء) لأن المطلقة وارثة بالزوجية، فكانت أُسوة من سواها.
