(ويثبت (١) نسبه) أي: المُقَر به (من ولد المقرِّ المنكر له، تبعًا) لثبوت نسبه من أبيه، فيُغتفر في التابع ما لا يُغتفر في المتبوع (فتثبت العمومة) تبعًا للأخوة المُقَر بها.
