(وإن خلَّف) ميت (ابنًا، فأقرَّ) الابن (بأخوين فأكثر) من أخوين له (بكلام مُتَّصل) بأن قال: هذان أخواي (ولا وارث غيره) أي: غير المقر (فاتفقا أو اختلفا، ثبت نسبهما) لإقرار من هو كل الورثة قبلهما (ولو لم يكونا توأمين) لما تقدم.
