(وكذا الحكم إن لم ينقص ذو الفرض بالعصبة، كجدة، وعم) حُرَّين (مع ابن نصفه حرٌّ، فـ) للجدة السدس، و (له) أي: الابن المبعَّض (نصف الباقي بعد ميراث الجدة) وهو ربع وسدس، والباقي وهو ربع وسدس أيضًا للعم.
