(ولا يجوز) للعتيق (أن يوالي غير مواليه) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لعن الله مَن تَولَّى غيرَ مواليهِ" (ولو بإذن معتقه) له أن يوالي غيره؛ فلا يصح؛ لأن الولاء كالنسب، فلا ينتقل.
