(ولا ينجرُّ إلى الأخير ما لـ) ـلمعتق (الأول قبل رِقه) أي: رِق العتيق (ثانيًا من ولاء ولدٍ، و) ولاء (عتيق) ثبت ولاؤهما للمعتق الأول قبل أن يُسترقَ ثانيًا، لأنه أثر العتق الأول، فيبقى على ما كان.
