(ويُستحب عتق) من له كَسْب ودِين؛ لانتفاعه بملك كسبه بالعتق (و) يُستحب (كتابة مَن له كسب ودِين) لقوله تعالى: {فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا}؛ ولانتفاعه بملك كسبه بالعتق.
