(فإن اشتراه بعد ذلك) أي: بعد قوله: أنت حُرٌّ من مالي (فهو مملوكه، ولا شيء عليه) لأنه لم يقع منه تعليق لعتقه على ملكه، ولا نَذْر لعتقه.
