(ومن ادَّعى أنَّ شريكه الموسر أعتق حقَّه) من رقيق مشترك (فأنكر) شريكه ذلك (عَتَق حق المُدَّعي) وحده؛ لاعترافه بحريته (مجانًا) فلا يَغرم له أحد قيمته (ولم يعتق نصيب) الشريك (الموسِر) من الرقيق؛ لأن إقرار شريكه عليه غير مقبول،
