(فإن عاد) المعلَّق عتقه على صفة (إلى ملكه) أي: ملك المعلِّق للعتق (عادت الصفة) فمتى وجدت، وهو في ملكه عتق (ولو) كانت (وجدت في حال زوال ملكه) أي: المعلِّق، عنه؛ لأن التعليق والشرط وُجِدا في ملكه، فأشبه ما لم يتخللهما زوال ملك، ولا وجود صفةٍ حالَ زواله
