كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وليس لهم) أي: الورثة (التصرُّف فيه) أي: في العبد الذي قال له سيده: أنت حُرٌّ بعد موتي بشهر (بعد الموت، وقبل وجود الشرط ببيع ونحوه) كالموصى بعتقه قبله، والموصى به لمعين قبل قَبوله.
