(و) إن قال لقِنِّه: (أَنْتَ حر على أن تَخْدِمني سنةً؛ عتق) في الحال (بلا قَبول) من القن (ولزمته الخدمة) لأنه في معنى العتق واستثناء الخدمة، وتقدم أن ذلك صحيح
