(فإن عَلِم ناسٍ) أي: لو أعتق معينًا من عبيده، أو إمائه، ثم نسيه، فأقرع بينهم ثم علم (بعدها) أي: القرعة (أن المعتَق غيرُه) أي: غير من خرجت له القرعة (عتق، وبطل عِتقُ الأول) لتبين خطأ القرعة
