(ببيع أو هبة) أو إجارة، أو نحوها (أو رهن أو تزويج بغير إذن) منهم، إن كانوا أهلًا له (كان) التصرف (باطلًا) لأنه تصرُّف في حر بغير إذنه، ولا ولاية عليه.
