(ولا يجزئ أذان فاسق) ظاهر الفسق، وتقدم تعليله. (و) لا أذان (خنثى، وامرأة) لأن رفع صوتهما منهي عنه، فيخرج الأذان عن كونه قربة، فلم يصح كالحكاية.
