(وإن فَضَل من الثلث بعد عتقه شيء، كُمِّل) الثلث بالعتق (من الآخر) فيعتق منه تمام الثلث (كما لو دبَّر عبدًا وأَمَة) معًا، أو أحدهما بعد الآخر.
