(أحمد: لا تعجبني الحلقة. ونص) أحمد (أنها) أي: الحلقة (من الآنية) أي: مثلها في الحكم، فتحرم مطلقًا. وعند القاضي وغيره: هي كالضبة، فيكون فيها التفصيل الآتي نظرًا إلى أنها تابعة للباب.
