(وإن كان) التدبير (مقيدًا، فأطلقه) بأن قال له أولًا: أَنْتَ حر إن مت فِي مرضي هذا. ثم قال له: أَنْتَ مدبَّر (صح؛ لأنه زيادة) فلا يمنع منه.
