(وإن ارتدَّ سيده) أي: المُدبر (أو دبَّره) سيده (في رِدته) أي: السيد (ثم عاد) سيده (إِلَى الإسلام، فالتدبير بحاله) فإذا مات سيده، عَتَق إن خرج من الثلث
